Career

Michele Grogean is a 1997 graduate of Wright State University with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. She has been the Office Manager in the Fire Department Administrative Office for the Beavercreek Township Fire Department since July 2006. Michele assists the Fire Chief and his staff, along with the fire stations, with any administrative needs.

  • Answering the phone
  • Filing
  • Making the reflective address signs
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Organizing the mail
  • Scheduling the training rooms for seminars, meetings, and department trainings
  • Updating the fire department intranet site and website
  • Writing articles for the newspapers and newsletters
  • Many other administrative duties
